Member of LEM’s cluster 2, “Bible exegesis, religious literature and history”, Pierre Descotes is Associate professor in Latin Language and Literature at the Sorbonne University (Paris IV). Specialist of Saint Augustine and the Pelagian crisis, he is also a member of the Institut d’études augustiniennes.
