 History of Persian literature.
 Mysticism in Persian literature.

Topics of research

Treaties on Sufi proper manners, 10th-14th centuries.
Mysticism in Persian literature, with a focus on the creation of a mystic poetry which justifies and magnifies the use of poetry to provide edification and spiritual teaching.

Projects 2019-2023

Sufi proper manners (adab), in the context of the Kubrawiya Order, its sociology and its psychology, its variations and its symbolism. My corpus will include two main volumes in Persian: The Path of God’s Bondsmen (Mirṣād al-ʿibâd) of Najm al-dīn Dāya Rāzī (1177-1256) and The Funding Principles of the Ideal Behavior (Fuṣūṣ al-adab) of Yaḥyā Bākharzī (m. 1335), which both belong to the Kubrawiya Order.
Classical and modern Persian literature: the point is to write down a reference volume that will allow French readers to discover this literature and to find markers to help them study it in depth.
